It is very important that your child arrives at school on time. When children arrive late, it means that they have missed the introduction to a lesson and therefore may lack some understanding as to the content.

Punctuality is a life skill.

Also, by arriving late into a classroom, a child disrupts the presentation of the lesson which is unfair to the rest of the class. When a student is late he/she must report to the office prior to going to the classroom to get a "late slip" to present to the teacher.
